Dana has an extensive background underwriting marine risks, starting in 1983 when Dana worked with New Hampshire Insurance Company and became their Mid Atlantic Marine Manager before being transferred to New Hampshire. Prior to joining MPG he worked with Hanover Insurance and was employed a program manager with Marine MGA from 1993-2009. As the Program Manager, he assisted in the development of the North American Specialty Recreational Marine program. Today Dana resides in Bedford, NH and is the proud father of twin boys. Dana can also be found in Newport, RI where he has a second residence and enjoys participating with his boys in Cub Scouts, swimming and fresh and salt water fishing. He also volunteers with the local chapter of ALS to work toward a cure for that disease.
